Thank You, America

Thank you, America, for every opportunity you have given me, from my family to my career. For someone who came from Europe, this would never have been imaginable where I grew up.

This freedom was paid for. By the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence, and with it their own death sentence. By the members of our armed services, who stand watch, right now, somewhere I will never have to. Thank you.

We all come from different backgrounds, and they all led us here. That, ultimately, is what unites us as Americans.
